I love my work and want you to love yours too

In my two decades of leadership and management roles in Silicon Valley, I know the challenges professionals grapple with daily.

Mid-sized growth-spurt and thrown into management? Check.

Ambitious start-up going public? Yes—what a whirlwind.

Juggling career and a growing family? Yeah, that too.

When balancing my home and work life became unbearable, I knew something had to change. I was determined to learn how to be successful and productive as a leader while living my life with integrity and an open heart.

Through trial and error, I discovered practical ways to build a foundation from which I could love my work and achieve my goals without sacrificing my personal life.

I help high-achieving leaders and managers:

  • Get clear on what you want
  • Make actionable plans to get unstuck and move forward
  • Tackle leadership and management challenges
  • Build deeper connection and engagement with your teams
  • Believe in yourself and realize your goals

A bit about me

  • I’m a native of the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • My wonderful husband and I call Sonoma County home and enjoy visits from our five grown kids and spending time together as a blended family.
  • My guilty pleasures are Fritos and wine — the paring is actually pretty good.
  • My claim to fame outside of work is that I’m nerdy about cults, belief systems, and wacky religions.
  • My favorite quote is: “Love what you do and do what you love.” —Ray Bradbury
